Is it really free?
Yes. Local Citation Directory has no paid plans, no sponsored listings and no ads. Claiming and updating your listing costs nothing.
Can I pay to rank higher?
No. Rankings use ratings weighted by the number of reviews, and nothing else. There is no way to buy a better position.
How long does verification take?
Usually up to two working days. We may email the address you give us or call the business's listed number.
Can I remove a negative review?
We remove reviews that break our content guidelines, for example fake or abusive ones, but not reviews that are simply critical. You can reply publicly instead.
My business isn't listed. What do I do?
Use the Add a business form. Owners, staff and customers can all suggest a listing.
